## 1 Project Charter:

- Purpose: This document outlines the project's objectives, scope, and purpose.
- Stakeholders: Identify project stakeholders, including team members and anyone else involved.
- Scope: Clearly define what's in and out of scope for the project.
- Objectives: List the specific goals and outcomes you aim to achieve.
- Success Criteria: Describe how you'll measure the success of the project.
- Constraints: Note any limitations, such as time or resource constraints.
- Assumptions: Document any assumptions made about the project.

## 2 Project Plan:

- Task List: Create a list of tasks and subtasks needed to complete the project.
- Responsibilities: Assign responsibilities for each task to team members.
- Timeline: Create a timeline or schedule that includes start and end dates for each task.
- Milestones: Highlight key milestones that signify progress.
- Dependencies: Identify any task dependencies, i.e., tasks that must be completed before others can start.
