2 Project Plan:
- Task List: Create a list of tasks and subtasks needed to complete the project.
- Responsibilities: Assign responsibilities for each task to team members.
- Timeline: Create a timeline or schedule that includes start and end dates for each task.
- Milestones: Highlight key milestones that signify progress.
- Dependencies: Identify any task dependencies, i.e., tasks that must be completed before others can start.
